2019年、名古屋にて新規結成（前身バンドは2017年) のデスメタリック/ブラッケンドハードコアバンド、Decasionの初デモEPがDSRからCD化されリリース。 バンドメンバーたちによって手刷りCD-Rが販売されていたが、正規音源としてのプレスは今回が初。 アグレッシブなハードコアサウンドに加え、重苦しくデスメタル度の強い暗黒サウンドが響き渡る。 随所に現れる巧みなテンポチェンジや印象的なドラムフレーズなど、聴きどころは満載。 録音状況もいわゆるデモすぎない音質でなおかつクリア過ぎない絶妙なラインで収まっており次回作も含め楽しみなバンドである。 150枚限定プレス。スリムケース仕様。 試聴

Formed in Nagoya in 2019 (with a predecessor band dating back to 2017), death-metallic / blackened hardcore band Decasion have their first demo EP pressed on CD through DSR. The members had previously sold hand-made CD-R copies, but this is the first properly pressed physical edition. Aggressive hardcore collides with a dark, oppressive sound strongly rooted in death metal. Skillful tempo changes and memorable drum phrases appear throughout, giving the material plenty of detail to dig into. The recording also hits a great middle ground: not so rough that it feels like a disposable demo, but never overly polished. A band whose next move is already worth anticipating. Limited pressing of 150 copies. Slim case.
